If you’re ready to explore counselling, I’d love to hear from you. I offer an initial in-person consultation for 50 minutes at a fee of £25. This session allows us to meet in my therapy room at the Leatherhead Community Hub, discuss what brings you to counselling, and see if my way of working feels right for you. There is no commitment to continue after this meeting.
Should you decide to proceed, we’ll arrange an initial block of six sessions. After that, we’ll take time to reflect on how you’re finding the therapy, what’s working well, and what adjustments may be helpful, so you can decide how you’d like to move forward. Counselling can be short-term or more open-ended, depending on your needs.
Leatherhead Community Hub offers free parking, toilets and a fully accessible venue.
